I was impressed with one of your Customer Care Specialist, Husnidar Alias Sani who attended to my email queries.

She responded within 24hrs when the email was send.
She tried her best to solve my case even though I miss out some of the information necessary. After I did provide her with all the necessary information, she did get back to me as soon as possible with my queries.
It just shows that she took customer very seriously and importantly professionalism towards her work.These little things really meant alot and I'm really happy and satisfied with the service provided by Husnidar.
